If you're having trouble with your VOXI Drop redemption, we're here to help. 

This giveaway requires no payment, and does not use our checkout system. Follow these steps to ensure you secure your drop:

1. Visit the access portal: www.vitamasques.com/voxi
2. Enter the your unique VOXI Drop access code, it will be formatted like so: "VX-1A2B3", you would've received this once you claimed the offer from VOXI.
3. When you've entered your code and received access, you'll see a page appear that shows you what's inside, and give you more info on what you're receiving.
4. Further down the page towards the bottom is the redemption form which is where we will ask you for your shipping details and re-verification of the access code (e.g. "VX-1A2B3" again). This just helps us ensure that all redemptions are tracked and everyone gets to have their reward.
5. Once you've supplied those details you'll receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work shipping out your order within 5 working days after the order dispatch email that follows after the confirmation.
